This looks really good like a really good along and plenty in it how many calories roughly does this amount too? 🙂  

400. Or less. Rice 180, chicken 120, peppers 20 and sweetcorn. Only used a little fry light and tiny bit of spring onion. Really filling  

That's really good and yeah it looks like there's a lot there I'm not surprised it's filling! What rice is that?i never get to have rice cause I can never find one low but that's awesome!  

It was just ubder half pack veetee already made rice. Iceland do rice frozen in piuches thwy are good. The portion fpr rice is normally around 75g but thats like 250 so i go for around 45- 50 still filling but under 200 calories
