Goood Friday morning.... rain is on the way once again ...And it’s cooler this morning in the upper 60s...Feels good but put sweatpants on this morning and noticed that when I put them on they were little baggie around the waist guess that means inches are disappearing...

Not a lot planned today..like most of my days now...it’s not my lifestyle..I miss being able to work outside when I need to...or just moving around more....with arm in a sling..have to be more careful when I’m up..and by being careful...cuts down on any unexpected twinges of pain...have cut down on oxycodone to the point...that I only take them if I have to and for therapy next week..

Well...time to get up and move ..butt is tired of sitting..feeling restless
