Waist measure was my go-to during my recent scale holiday. Found the waist varies more than the scales. (bloating?).
Glad to be back on the scales for a daily report on yesterday.
Got a buzz from seeing my target waist measurement number for the first time this morning. I don't trust it though, and will carry on till happy with a belly fat pinch test.
