心得:我覺得很遺憾,我的家庭並不美好。即便我已經極力衝突,但還是無能為力。雖然不想這麼想,但還是覺得自己很沒用。

Breakfast: 1 salmon salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 cup coffee
Lunch: 1 lettuce salad with sesame dressing; 200 grams fried chicken; 1 cup lemon juice
Dinner: 60 grams salted mixed nuts
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour); crunches (100 reps); ab rollouts (7 x 10 reps); push-ups (2 x 40 reps)
Thought: I feel sorry that I don't have a good family. I'd tried so hard to avoid conflict, but it still happened eventually. I wonder if I'm truly useless though unwilling to admit...
96 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24 kg.    Nog te gaan: 26,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Leon, From my perspective and from my heart, you sre far from being worthless! You are a very worthwhile and caring man who is trying his best to get his life in order and make positive changes. Auntie Irma Francine 👵🏻 and I have been so proud to know you and have wished that my son would be more like you. 🤷🏻‍♀️So whoever is making you feel bad, needs to chill out and realize that you are a pretty good person. Know in your heart that others DO see your worth even if those closest to you are looking through a warped set of glasses at your reflection of themselves. Sometimes that is the biggest problem as a parent, our expectations become so high or we see too much of ourselves or our partners in our children’s actions. It can be like seeing a faded abstract of your life that you wish you never had because you know that some of their worst traits are those that they got from you. 🙆🏻‍♀️I don’t advise letting yourself be constantly damaged by a family relationship that is toxic. You may have to remove yourself from the situation and come to terms with the person from a distance over time. That may be the only way for the person to ever see you as a man and not a boy. Mothers especially have a hard time wnting to hold their sons close and yet see them stand independent and proud on their feet. Daughters too, but it’s still a sexist world, no matter what the year is. My daughter will ask my advice. My son? Hecwill go out of his way to avoid it. LOL I hope something in my late night rambling makes some sense to you. You are a fine man. And a pleasure to know. 🙋🏻 Aunti says take care and Blessings on you!👵🏻

@smprowett, thank you for your advice. I didn't think I was useless until someone pointed it out last night, telling me that I was nearly 30 but had no house of his own. That was true, and that's why I've been working hard and cut down my expenses. I'm not sure if I'm going to succeed but I'll try.
