Life may be stressful now...I may not have lost any weight this month...but today I finished an entire spin class doing all the stand up stuff at pace! 3 months ago I couldn't even stand up on the thing. I can run for 20 min at a time, 1 year ago I couldn't run 4 sec without having a breathing attack. I am improving my life, even if my waistline isn't showing it at the moment. I will get smaller...hopefully sooner than later
